Non dairy creamer Details

Non-dairy Creamer is a high quality, spray-dried,emulsified,white to cream color powder made of glucose syruy and vegetable oil.

Non dairy creamers are liquid or granular substances intended to substitute for milk or cream as an additive to coffee or other beverages. They do not contain lactose and therefore are commonly described as not being dairy products (although many contain a milk-derived protein).

Production description&characteristic

 

a) creamers with an exquisite taste and good stability at high temperatures, in hard water and at a low pH level. 

 

b) the powders are semi-agglomerated, well soluble (creamer disappears under the surface very fast); they give a good creaming effect (the beverage has a creamy appearance);

 

c) they pour well (the product can be easily mixed with other ingredients); stability at high temperatures (no coagulation of protein). There is a possibility of applying various combinations as regards the pouring density of the creamers,

Other common ingredients include corn syrup and other sweeteners or/and flavourings (such as French vanilla and hazelnut); as well as sodium caseinate, a milk protein derivative (from casein) that does not contain lactose. The use of a milk derivative prompts some individuals and organisations - such as vegans and Jewish dietary law authorities - to classify the product as "dairy" rather than nondairy.
